Hedgehog Cheeseball

Introducing the Hedgehog Cheeseball, an adorable and savoury treat perfect for your autumn gathering! Shaped like a hedgehog with crunchy pretzel spikes, this creamy cheeseball is not only delicious but also irresistibly cute. Serve it with crackers or veggies, and watch your guests fawn over this playful, festive snack!

Ingredients:

- 200g Philadelphia cream cheese

- 150g Boursin Garlic and Herbs

- 100g ricotta cheese

- Zest of 1 lemon

- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Pretzel sticks, for hedgehog spikes

- 2 raisins, for eyes

- 1 black olive, for the nose

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together all the cheeses, lemon zest, dill, and salt and pepper until smooth.

2. Shape the cheese mixture into a hedgehog shape using a spatula, forming a pointed end for the nose and a rounded body. Wrap the shaped cheese in cling film and chill for 3 hours.

3. Once chilled, place the cheese ball on a plate. Insert short pieces of pretzel sticks into the back to form spikes, and add the raisins for eyes and the black olive for the nose.

4. Serve with crackers and crudités.
