Gingham fault line Strawberry cake

One of my favorite types of cakes to make are fault line cakes, because there are so many creative possibilities. I decided to use a printed gingham to fill the fault line, and the results were fantastic. I've been using a Canon edible printer for over five years now, and I highly recommend it to any cake decorator. It's a fantastic investment that can save time and allow for even more customization options.
