Ingredients
- 225ml cold whipping cream
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 packets of Biscoff biscuits
- 200ml warm milk
- Extra Biscoff biscuits for gingerbread houses
- White chocolate (melted)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cream Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cold whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until the mixture is thick and smooth.
- Optional: Crush a few Biscoff biscuits and fold them into the cream mixture for added texture.
2. Assemble the Tiramisu
- Line a 7x7-inch or 8x8-inch square tin with cling film, ensuring there is enough overhang for easy removal.
- Briefly dip each Biscoff biscuit into the warm milk. Be careful not to let them soak for too long, as they can become too soft.
- Arrange a layer of dipped biscuits at the bottom of the tin.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits. If desired, drizzle some Biscoff spread over the cream layer.
- Repeat the layering process 2–3 times, finishing with a layer of cream on top. Cover the tin with cling film and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
3. Create Gingerbread House Decorations
- While the tiramisu is chilling, melt white chocolate and transfer it to a piping bag.
- Pipe gingerbread house designs onto pieces of parchment paper. Allow them to set and harden. For inspiration, check out the linked Instagram reel.
- You will need about 25–30 Biscoff biscuits to create the decorative "walls" for the sides of the tiramisu.
4. Decorate the Tiramisu
- Once chilled, carefully remove the tiramisu from the tin and place it on a serving plate. Gently peel off the cling film.
- Arrange the gingerbread house-decorated Biscoff biscuits around the sides of the tiramisu, pressing them lightly into place.
- Pipe whipped cream swirls on top and add pretzel trees or additional gingerbread house decorations for a festive touch.
5. Chill and Serve
- Cover the decorated tiramisu and return it to the fridge. Chill for at least 2 more hours, or preferably overnight, to enhance the flavors.
- Serve and enjoy your beautiful, festive Biscoff Tiramisu!
